The pictures online look good. But once you go there is day and night. The attention to detail None. Needles to say attention to the patients. People come and go they don’t know the health issues of the patients. The attendants are nice and they seem to care but they have many beds to take care of. There seems to be no management or a manager but some nurses seem to be nice not all of them. If the family members are not on top of them they don’t seem to care about the patients. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor have a family member there.

I was sent here for rehabilitation after a fall, resulting in a break to my humorous. Upon entering on my first day, I was very happy to find a bright clean facility. This proved to be very true and the two months I was here someone was constantly cleaning somewhere in this facility Every minute of the day. Physical therapy and occupational therapy is provided at this facility, by a very dedicated skilled, warm and motivational ,staff that Gently, continually Encourages patients To participate to regain what was lost do to injury prior to arrival. Everyone on this team is skilled and knows what they’re doing. The care/ nursing staff has also been fantastic. Willing to listen and chat as time allowed. I was especially pleased with the Certified Nursing Assistant assigned to me Monday through Friday. Positive joyful, willing to take care of me no mater what the task required. Food is institutional and balanced. Someone on the kitchen staff bakes and one meal per day had cake, pie, cobblers, a real treat. VPA also has the very best coffee Ive ever had at a medical facility.

My 96 year old mother was there for only a day and she fell off her bed and injury her head. What happened?

My grandma stayed in this center and the night staff didn’t respond to her call. They barely checked on her. On the weekend the staff would have her sitting in her wet diaper. She had to remind them to give her medication. They also had a mouse infestation. There was two mice running right outside her window. This rehabilitation is not a good place for your family.

Victorian has an amazing, compassionate therapy team who do a fantastic job with rehab to support long-term recovery

Had a family member here and wouldn’t have understood the process of my family member’s stay if it wasn’t for Maria, she provided great resources and assisted with any questions or concerns we had an attended to it right away. If anyone has a family member admitted here for rehab, look for Maria not only because she knows the ins and outs of the facility and more, but she is very kind and has great conversations with all visitors and residents, you’ll feel right at home!

Had a relative admitted to this facility to undergo rehab. Overall facility was great, admission process was pretty smooth, staff were welcoming and attentive, facility seemed well maintained and clean. Would recommend for any future rehab needs.

As being a provider of transport for this facility, I will say I only have the best words to describe this facility’s services. Everyone is super supportive, caring for patients and coworkers, always making sure patient is ready for their appointment prior their transport vehicle arrives.

We are very grateful for the excellent care my grandma receives at Victorian Post Acute. She requires regular dialysis treatment, and the staff here consistently ensures she is well taken care of, both to and from the center. The administrator is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, which gives us great peace of mind. While there is some room for improvement, such as making the bathrooms cleaner and reducing clutter in the hallways, the overall care and attention provided are commendable.

The staffs are very accomodating and attentively. The environment is clean and cozy. And most importantly the cost is very economical.
